The silent winners are the ones who work hard to ensure that their team succeeds. They provide the base of strength for others to build on. The silent winners are the ones who hold the hands of those in need. They are there for others to lean on when times get tough. The silent winners are the ones who work tirelessly to produce top quality products and services. They put their heart and soul into everything they do. Fear of Competition? Asilent winner is someone who wins and doesn’t talk about it. It’s the kind of person who has to be pointed out as a winner for anyone to notice that they’re winning. But don’t confuse it with fear of competition. Just hiding in layers of obscurity will not automatically make you a silent winner. Lots of people don’t know that I’m a silent winner, because they’ve never thought to mention it to me and find out. And if you ask most people about me, they’ll say things like 'He seems nice' or 'I think he’s smart’, which are way too generic. The truth is, I’m a silent winner who doesn’t talk about being a silent winner. A lot of people don’t realize that. At least, they’re just now realizing it. I think I’ve already won, and the competition is over. Not everyone knows that yet.
